You will have the choice of getting a Google number for your area. When people try to call this number, if you aren't online, the call will be forwarded to your cell phone or any other number you have linked to your account. If you are overseas and your phone bill is outrageously high, using Google Voice, it is only a cent or two a minute! It is a great, easy tool for anyone to use.
